A second man has been arrested in connection with sexual assaults on two girls in Tongham, Surrey.
Officers have been investigating attacks on a 12-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl in April.
A spokesman for Surrey Police said the 23-year-old man had been released on bail to return to Guildford police station on 8 July.
A 31-year-old man who was arrested earlier this month has also been released on bail.
