Kidderminster cancer unit reopens after revamp

A cancer care unit at a Worcestershire hospital is reopening following a £200,000 revamp.

Up to 70 patients a week can be cared for at Kidderminster Hospital's Millbrook Suite after five months of improvement works were completed.

The unit has a breast care room, aromatherapy rooms, patient quiet areas and a dedicated nurse-led bone marrow suite.

The hospital's League of Friends took part in fundraising.
