The Strokes performed on Sunday at RockNess
US band The Strokes would "love" to return to the the RockNess music festival, according to the event's organiser.
The band headlined the final night of the three-day festival near Inverness at the weekend.
In his latest blog entry on the festival's official website, Jim King said he had been told The Strokes "loved" the event and would come back.
Mr King said this summer's RockNess was the best yet.
Blondie, Doves, Leftfield and Fatboy Slim were among the other headline acts.
The festival attracted more than 30,000 music fans.
