Heineken UK has denied health and safety failings after the death of a worker at a brewery in Berkshire.
Stewart Klincke, 56, of Sandbrooke Walk, Burghfield Common, died when he was overcome by carbon dioxide fumes at Scottish Courage brewery in Reading in 2006.
At Reading Crown Court, Heineken UK's lawyer pleaded not guilty to two counts under health and safety laws.
The case was adjourned until 20 October for a pre-trial review.
Heineken UK is charged with employer breach of general duty to employee and contravening health and safety regulations.
