Four warders remain suspended at Polmont
Two warders are to appear in court next month in connection with an alleged assault on an inmate at a young offenders institution.
Four guards were suspended last week over allegations an inmate was struck by a warder as another kept watch at Polmont Young Offenders Institution in Stirlingshire.
Two men will appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on 16 July.
The Scottish Prison Service confirmed four officers remained suspended.
