James Baird spent two years as senior partner in Scotland
Accountancy firm Deloitte has announced the head of its Scottish arm is being moved to a new post in Switzerland.
James Baird's role as the accountancy giant's senior partner in Scotland, as well as Northern Ireland, is being taken over by Ian Steele.
Mr Steele has been a Deloitte partner for 11 years, most recently as partner in charge of corporate finance advice.
Deloitte said Mr Baird would lead its Swiss audit business, which delivered "enormous growth opportunities".
Mr Baird leaves after two years as senior partner in Scotland - a period he said "proved challenging for everyone in the business".
