A pair of robbers warned staff they had a gun when they raided a travel agency in Surrey.
The men entered Epsom Travel Worldchoice in High Street at 1350 BST on Tuesday and demanded money from the safe.
Surrey Police said they put a "large amount of cash" into a carrier bag before leaving by the back entrance.
Det Con David Warner said nobody was injured during the raid but staff were left "extremely shaken".
