The driver of a pony and trap has died in hospital after a collision with a car in Buckinghamshire.
The accident happened on the V4 Watling Street near Calverton, Milton Keynes on Friday evening.
The 42-year-old driver of the trap was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital, where she later died.
The passenger in the trap, a 14-year-old boy, was taken to hospital with lacerations. His condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
The road was closed for more than an hour while collision investigators examined the scene.
