'She hates calling me dad at work'

What is it like when the man you call 'dad', is also your boss at work?

That's a situation encountered by Smruti Sriram, of ethical sustainable packaging company, Supreme Creations.

She joined the company founded by her father Sri Ram seven years ago, and they continue to work alongside each other. Today her father is chairman of The Supreme Group, and she is chief executive of Supreme Creations.
