EU no longer wants to 'chastise' UK, says Hammond

Chancellor Philip Hammond has said the moment when EU countries wanted to "chastise" the UK over Brexit has passed.

Both sides now want to find a "practical solution", he told the BBC's economics editor Kamal Ahmed.
