Nicky Morgan: 'One teacher can make a difference'

A group of 1,500 experienced teachers will be deployed across struggling schools in England by 2020, the Education Secretary has confirmed.

The plan is one of a number of measures to be announced by Nicky Morgan on Tuesday, aimed at tackling underachievement.

Speaking on BBC Newsnight, Mrs Morgan said that even one new teacher could make a difference.
