Love and marriagepublished at 14:41
We've been hearing good things about 45 Years, a new British drama about an ageing couple whose marriage is put under strain on the eve of their 45th wedding anniversary by news that rocks the very foundations on which their life together is built.
Sir Tom Courtenay and Charlotte Rampling both won awards at the Berlin Film Festival in February and are being tipped for further accolades for their roles in Andrew Haigh's acclaimed third feature.
Watch the trailer for the film, out in the UK on 28 August.

Graham's plans for retirementpublished at 10:53
Daily Mirror
We all love a bit of Graham Norton on a Friday night. But the presenter has hinted he may wrap up his chat show within the next eight years, before he turns 60.
Speaking with his BBC Radio 2 co-presenter Maria McErlane at an event in London to promote his memoir, the 52-year-old said he planned to get out of TV while he was still at the top of his game.
Quote Message
You want to get out when people are still watching your show. You don’t want it to be when people say: ‘That is still on, that is still a thing?' The thing no one wants is the inching backwards, where you’re kind of going: ‘Yes, the cast of Towie can come on.' I’m not jumping tomorrow but it is in my head.

In what surely sounds like a dream come true, the Royal Shakespeare Company has invited 14 amateur theatre companies to join its professional cast on a UK tour of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Over 12 weeks, 84 amateur actors will play the Mechanicals, the bungling labourers who provide much of the play's comedy.
Becky Morris, from Ashfield in Nottinghamshire, is one of two women playing Bottom on the tour. "It's a gift of a part because the lines are so funny and there's a lot of physical theatre," she said.
"I've been in plays where the audience has numbered no more than 19. Capacity at the Nottingham Theatre Royal is about 1,200, so I have no idea what that's going to be like."
The RSC's Erica Whyman, who will direct, said Shakespeare's magical comedy was "a very affectionate and fitting way to celebrate amateur actors everywhere".
