Alesha Dixon and Paddy McGuinness will host the Saturday night show
Alesha Dixon and Paddy McGuinness are set to host new ITV entertainment series, Your Face Sounds Familiar.
The show will see a cast of six celebrities impersonating musical icons with dance and singing routines.
Emma Bunton and Julian Clary have been named as regular judges with the panel being joined by a special guest each week.
Celebrities won't get evicted from the show. Instead they'll be awarded points based on performances.
Whoever tops the leader board at the end of each show will receive a cash prize for a charity of their choice with the series champion winning further a grand prize.
The regular group of contestants will be transformed into a famous act for every show, before facing the 'Randomiser buzzer' to decide who they'll perform as the following week.
Series producers, Endemol, say the catch is that performers could be transformed into someone older, younger or even of the opposite sex.
Your Face Sounds Familiar is set to launch later this year and will be aired live on Saturday nights.
The cast of celebrity performers for the show hasn't been announced yet.
'Spectacular performances'
Alesha Dixon, who is working on a new solo album, said: "This show is going to be a lot of fun. I can't wait to see their transformations and spectacular performances.
"I know that Paddy and I are going to have our work cut out keeping them all in line!"
Take Me Out presenter Paddy McGuinness said the show will be a 'good old Saturday night sing-along.'
"To be given a live show on Saturday night TV is a massive honour. Hairbrushes at the ready" he added.
The format has already been sold in 20 countries and is popular across Europe.
In America the show will be called Sing Your Face Off and will be hosted by John Barrowman.
