BBC presenter Andrew Marr 'embarrassed' by injunction

The BBC presenter, Andrew Marr, has revealed that he is one of the public figures who took out a super-injunction to protect his privacy.

Andrew Marr won a High Court order in 2008 to stop details of an extra marital affair he had eight years ago with a fellow journalist from being made public.

He says he now feels "embarrassed" about taking out the gagging order.
