The papers: Monday's front pages

Broadcaster Shyama Perera and James Rampton, Features writer for The Independent, joined the BBC News Channel to discuss Monday's top stories.

The panel discussed the The Daily Telegraph's coverage of the Human Rights Act row.

They also examined how the papers treated the news of agencies charging high fees to the NHS for supplying staff.

And Metro's story about "child gangs" was evaluated.
