The papers: Tuesday's front pages

Martin Bentham, home affairs editor for London's Evening Standard, and Financial Times employment correspondent Sarah O'Connor cast their eyes over Tuesday's papers for the BBC News Channel.

They began by looking at the Financial Times's lead story, focusing on an agreement over greenhouse gas emissions at the G7 summit of world leaders.

The pair then moved on to the Times's report of a "climbdown" by Prime Minister David Cameron over his policy on ministers' right to a free vote in the in/out referendum on the UK's continued membership of the EU.

They also looked at another Times story that describes "travel mayhem" for holidaymakers as a result of "the failure of a government website set up to help motorists to hire cars abroad".
