Newlyweds aged 103 and 91 marry in Eastbourne

George Kirby, 103, and Doreen Luckie, 91, have become the oldest newlyweds in the world after tying the knot in East Sussex on Saturday.

Following a 27-year courtship the couple decided to make things permanent. Their combined age of 194 years would make them the oldest couple to marry, according to Guinness World Records.
