Legal proceedings dropped against Rebecca Minnock

The father of a three-year-old boy taken on the run by his mother has dropped legal proceedings against her for breaching court orders.

Rebecca Minnock disappeared from her home in Somerset with her son Ethan at the end of May after a judge ruled he should live with his father.
