7 July London bombings: Is UK safer now than 10 years ago?

Ten years on from the 7 July London bombings, people may wonder if we are safer now than we were 10 years ago.

The Head of Counter-Terrorism at Scotland Yard has told the BBC that since that time, they have prevented up to 50 attacks.

But the international terror threat level in the UK remains "severe".
