Rickshaw rider 'charges £206 for one-mile journey'

A rickshaw rider in London has been questioned over the amount he charged taking tourists between Oxford Circus and Marble Arch, a one-mile trip.

The London Pedicabs Operators Association have said that they are aware of this driver, although he is not registered with them and they are not certain who he works for.
