Paedophile doctor 'manipulated' rules, says report

An independent report has found that a paedophile doctor "manipulated" hospital rules to avoid detection as he abused 18 boys.

Myles Bradbury, from Suffolk, worked at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge as a children's cancer specialist.

He was jailed in 2014 for 16 years.
