The council that is turning streetlights back on
More than half a million streetlights are regularly turned off in the early hours to save money and reduce carbon emissions.
But one council is now switching them back on, after residents said they did not feel safe.
On Sunday night the lights in Harlow in Essex were left on overnight after the district council agreed to foot the bill.
