Ellie Butler grandfather describes last meeting

The grandfather of murdered six-year-old Ellie Butler has called for a public inquiry into why she was returned to the care of her parents.

Mr Gray said he had previously warned that a family court judge could have "blood on her hands" when Ellie was returned to her parents.
