Brexit Supreme Court hearing: Day two

Lawyers for the government and anti-Brexit campaigner Gina Miller are going head-to-head at the Supreme Court to decide whether ministers have the power to trigger Article 50 to leave the EU.

Although the result could complicate the government's triggering of the process for the UK leaving the EU it is not expected to stop Brexit happening.
