Saudi pilgrimage crash 'heartbreaking' says tour operator

A tour operator who arranged a pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia in which six Britons were killed in a bus crash says he shares the grief of the victims' family.

Mohammad Arif, of Haji Tours, said that the accident happened when the bus got a burst tyre on a motorway.
