The family of a man who died after he was detained by police in Luton have been holding a vigil to mark the anniversary of his death.
Leon Briggs, 39, from Luton, died in hospital in November last year after he was detained by Bedfordshire Police under the Mental Health Act.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission is investigating the case.
Mr Briggs' mother Margaret said she hoped the vigil would help the family get "answers".

A number of Bedfordshire police staff - including five police officers - have been suspended while the case is investigated.
Mrs Briggs said the family were still looking for answers to why Leon died.
She said the vigil was a way to remember her son and remind people of the fight for justice.
"We want answers. That's what we want. We want answers to what happened to Leon and what they say and what they come up with and we're waiting for the day we get that answer," she said.
The vigil started at 18:00 GMT.
