Man who took pictures in court said he lived at the former home of Jordan Maguire who was stabbed to death
A man who took pictures in court of the defendant in a murder and rape trial has been jailed for contempt.
Aaron Bradley, 34, snapped Jason Nelson on his mobile phone from the public gallery at Luton Crown Court.
Bradley was arrested and brought before Judge Michael Kay QC who said he took the pictures "for further distribution" and jailed him for 14 days.
Mr Nelson, 32, claims he killed Jordan Maguire in self-defence but denies charges of rape and sex assault.

Bradley had ignored warning signs saying it is an offence to take photographs inside the court.
When brought before Judge Kay his lawyer Andrew Morton said Bradley had made "'frank admissions and was contrite".
"It was immature and out of order. He was unaware of the dire consequences of taking photographs in court.
"He is naive rather than wicked."
Bradley said he had been released from prison a fortnight ago after 10 months on remand before being acquitted of a robbery charge.
He said he was living at the home of Jordan Maguire and had 16 convictions for 34 offences.
But the judge said he did not believe Bradley when he said he took the photos for personal use.
He ordered them to be deleted before the phone was returned.
He said: "It is a severe contempt of court. I am sure you took them so they could be shown and for further distribution."
