Cambridge 'ghost roundabout' design ridiculed on social media
A road traffic calming design likened to a "ghost roundabout" has been mocked on social media.
The cobbled brick circle appeared on Tenison Road, in Cambridge.
It is part of £500,000 worth of traffic calming measures but has been described as a "UFO landing pad" and an "urban crop circle" on social media.
Cambridgeshire County Council said it was designed to slow down traffic by confusing drivers.
