A 14-year-old boy is being questioned by police after another teenager was stabbed in Essex.
The 16-year-old victim was attacked on Friday afternoon in Market Hill in Maldon.
He staggered into a chemist shop to get help and an air ambulance was called to take him to the Royal London Hospital.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening, a police spokesman said. A 14-year-old boy from the Southminster area is in custody.
