A 33-year-old motorist was killed when his car left the road and mounted a roundabout before crashing in Essex.
Police were called to Fifth Avenue in Harlow at about 03:00 GMT after a Volkswagen Golf careered onto the roundabout and crashed.
The driver, a man from the Harlow area, was declared dead at the scene, said an Essex Police spokesman.
Essex Police appealed for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
