The cost to hold a street party in Gloucestershire to celebrate April's royal wedding has been waived by the county council.
The normal cost to close a road for a street party in the county is £70. But the council said 12 weeks' notice for a closure would still be required.
It hopes to approve all applications, although it may not be possible on main roads such as the A38 or A46.
Prince William is due to marry Kate Middleton on 29 April.
Councillor Stan Waddington, from Gloucestershire County Council, said: "Occasions like this are great for building community spirit.
"We've made this gesture to ensure everyone in Gloucestershire can get out and celebrate with their friends and neighbours if they want to."
