Two men have been charged with arson after a fire at a derelict building in Gloucester Docks.

Fire crews were called to Bakers Quay at 18:47 BST on Saturday after several calls reporting the fire.

The two men, both aged 19 and from Gloucester, cannot be named for legal reasons. They appeared before Cheltenham magistrates on Monday.

Structural engineers are to decide whether the building needs to be demolished or can be repaired.

The pair have been remanded in custody and are due to appear before Gloucester Crown Court on 30 October.
