Abbey House Care Home death 'not suspicious'

The death of a 96-year-old woman at a care home in Hampshire is no longer being treated as suspicious following pathology tests, police have said.

Ethel Joyce Baldwin died at Abbey House Care Home, in Netley Abbey, on 13 September.

A 36-year-old woman will face no further action over an allegation of murder but was arrested on suspicion of assault.

She has been bailed until 24 February pending further enquiries.
