The area was cordoned off by police while emergency services dealt with the blaze
Arson is suspected as the cause of a large fire at a derelict warehouse in Hampshire, police said.
About 25 firefighters were called to tackled the blaze, which started in Brockenford Lane in Totton at about 06:00 BST on Friday.
Flames could be seen coming out of the top floor of the two-storey warehouse.
An inspector from Hampshire Constabulary has said there are suspicions the blaze was started intentionally.
Force control room inspector Dean Gower said an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
He said: "The fire service has told us there may have been third-party involvement in this fire, rather than it being an accident.
"If there is anybody who knows anything about what happened I would urge them to call us on 101."
