Steve Herbert, 34, was found seriously injured on a Hull street and died later
A trial date has been set for two men and a woman accused of murdering a man in Hull on New Year's Day.
Steve Herbert, 34, was found injured in the city centre on the morning of 1 January and died later that day.
Samuel Jordan, 22, of Yarmouth Avenue, Soul Humphries, 21, of Rawcliffe Grove and Tiffany Clark, 23, of Victor Street, all in Hull, appeared at the city's crown court on Tuesday.
They were remanded in custody to appear for trial on 30 June.
