A 19-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a Lithuanian man following an incident in Loughborough in September.
Andrius Martusevicius, 29, died of head injuries two days after being admitted to hospital on 8 September following an incident on Park Road.
Aivaras Petraitic, of Park Road, appeared at Loughborough Magistrates Court on Friday morning.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Leicester Crown Court on 2 November.
Two other men and a woman arrested on Wednesday were released without charge, police confirmed.
