The area remains cordoned off to allow for police examination
A 50-year-old man has been found dead at a house in Leicester.
Officers said the victim, who has not yet been named, was found at the property in Linton Street just before 14:30 GMT on Sunday.
A Leicestershire Police spokesman said the man's death was being treated as suspicious. The cause of death has not been revealed.
A cordon is in place around the property to allow scientists to forensically examine the scene.
No arrests have been made. Police are asking anyone in the area who heard anything suspicious between Saturday and Sunday afternoon to contact them.
