A man has appeared in court charged with murdering a 23-year-old man at a house in Leicestershire.
James Burton, 31, was also charged with threats to kill, possessing a weapon and arson with intent to endanger life at Loughborough Magistrates' Court.
Matthew Dunn was found in Factory Road, Hinckley, on Friday, having suffered fatal injuries.
Mr Burton, of Earl Shilton, was remanded in custody and will appear at Leicester Crown Court on 10 February.
