Workers at Heinz in Greater Manchester have accepted a revised pay deal and called off further strike action, a spokesman for the company said.
Staff at the site in Kitt Green, Wigan, have walked out four times over pay since last November.
The firm offered a revised deal of a 3.9% rise in 2011 and 3.9% in 2012 following meetings between Heinz and Unite union representatives last week.
Both sides had said progress had been made and that they felt "positive".
A spokesman for Heinz said the trade union team and factory management had agreed to work closely together to enhance ways of working at the site.
Jennie Formby, Unite national officer for the food and drink, said: "We are pleased to have reached a negotiated settlement with Heinz.
"It is important that Heinz has listened to its workforce and offered a fairer pay deal, one that acknowledges the contribution the workforce has made to the company's success."
She added: "The new offer has been overwhelmingly accepted by members and therefore the dispute has now ended."
