An announcement on the future redevelopment of the Grosvenor shopping centre in Northampton is expected to be made later.
Legal and General Properties (LPG) had planned to invest £250m into the scheme but withdrew the plans in June.

The revised plans for the development are set to be revealed at a council meeting later.
