Up to 41 workers are to lose their jobs at a luxury soap maker based in Northamptonshire.
Bronnley & Co employs 61 staff at its factory on Radstone Road in Brackley.
The firm, which has been in the town for 50 years, said it had been forced to make cuts following restructuring.
Manufacturing and warehousing are to be outsourced, which would leave about 20 staff in employment. South Northamptonshire district council said it was due to meet the affected staff.
Councillor Rupert Fordham, portfolio holder for economic development and regeneration, said: "We want to do all we can to help by providing advice, support and training."
