Police have been granted extra time to question a 22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murdering a woman who was found at a property in Nottingham.
Police officers made the discovery after they were called to Aspley Lane in Aspley at about 1315 BST on Wednesday.
Magistrates granted officers a further 24 hours to question the suspect.
Results of a post-mortem examination have not yet been revealed by Nottinghamshire Police.
