Mansfield boys questioned over school fire

Four teenage boys have been arrested and questioned over a fire at a former Nottinghamshire school.

A single-storey hall was destroyed in the incident at Sherwood Hall School in Stuart Avenue, Forest Town, Mansfield, on Thursday night.

Two 15-year-olds and two 16-year-olds, all from the Mansfield area, were arrested over the weekend and have been bailed pending further enquiries.

Officers have appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
