Arnold motorbike crash: Two more arrests made

Two more arrests have been made after a motorbike crash in Nottingham in which a man died.

Pillion passenger Marcus Karrigan Atkinson, 29, died after the Honda CBR he was riding crashed in Arnold on Saturday night.

Police said that two men, aged 29 and 34, have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

A 28-year-old man was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

All three men have been bailed.

Mr Atkinson, from Hyson Green, was taken from the scene of the crash in Arno Vale Road, near the junction of Somersby Road, to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
