Georgia Williams: Parents say bucket list should inspire change
The parents of murdered teenager Georgia Williams have said her bucket list should be an inspiration for change in the way similar cases are dealt with.
The 17-year-old was hanged by Jamie Reynolds at his home in Wellington, Shropshire, in May 2013.
A serious case review found the teenager was failed by police and social services. Both knew her killer had carried out an earlier attack.
Georgia's parents Steve and Lynnette said they wanted the public to know how badly they had been let down.
Chief Constable David Shaw, from West Mercia Police, said they were all scarred by what had happened but he could not promise it would not happen again.
