Suffolk man with stab wounds transferred to Papworth

A man who was stabbed at a house in Suffolk early on Wednesday has been transferred to Papworth Hospital in Cambridgeshire for treatment.

The 23-year-old was found collapsed in Poplar Close, Honington, by police responding to reports of screaming coming from inside the house.

He was initially taken to the West Suffolk Hospital in a critical condition.

A woman, 22, continues to be questioned on suspicion of attempted murder.
