Officers are appealing for witnesses to the crash
A woman who was killed in a crash between two cars and a van in East Sussex has been named as 59-year-old Anna Maria Szalc.
Mrs Szalc, from Kingston, died at the scene after the Ford Mondeo estate car she was in crashed with a Ford Transit van on the A22 at Uckfield on Saturday.
The Mondeo then collided with a Mercedes vehicle, police said.
The Mondeo's driver, a 64-year-old man from Kingston upon Thames in south London, was seriously injured.
The occupants of the other vehicles suffered minor injuries.
