Two boys aged 14 and 16 were among three people arrested during a drugs raid in Hartlepool.
A 31-year-old woman was also arrested when crack cocaine with an estimated value of £2,000 was seized from a house in the town's Lizard Walk.
All three were arrested on suspicion of possession with the intent to supply and money laundering offences.
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said the trio had been bailed pending further inquiries.
