Mr Newton died of head injuries
Two more people have been charged with the kidnap and murder of a Redcar man.
John Newton, 45, was found with serious head injuries when police were called to the town's Brimham Court on Saturday. He died later in hospital.
A 29-year-old man has already appeared in court charged with the kidnap and murder of Mr Newton.
Cleveland Police said two other men, aged 24 and 25, had also been charged and were due to appear at Teesside Magistrates' Court later.
