Police are investigating the sudden death of a 13-year-old boy in Middlesbrough.
Officers were called to an address in Bank Sands in Acklam at about 17:40 BST on Monday following reports of a sudden death.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained and officers remain at the scene, police said.
Cleveland Police said investigations were at an early stage and the boy's family were being supported.
